    De onderdelen dienen te allen tijde droog te blijven. Monteer de compressor te allen tijde in het voertuig. VB-Airsuspension behoudt zich het recht voor om te allen tijde zonder voorafgaande waarschuwing technische aanpassingen door te voeren.
  • Seite 6 MONTAGE VAN DE SET 1. Monteer de luchtkoppelingen in de luchtbalgen. 2x Luchtkoppeling 2. Monteer de onderste luchtbalgplaten (E) aan de luchtbalgen (D). 4x Verzonken inbusbout M8x20 20 Nm Monteer de onderste luchtbalgplaat op de juiste manier. 3. Monteer de bovenste luchtbalgsteunen (C) aan de luchtbalgen (D).
  • Seite 7 5. Monteer de onderste luchbalgsteunen (F). Moeren kruislings aanhalen. 4x Originele veerstrop 120 Nm 6. Verbuig het staaldraad van de chassis montageplaat (A) zodat het goed te plaatsen is aan de binnenkant van de langsligger. Het gat in de chassis montageplaat moet overeenkomen met het gat in de (rechter) langsligger.
  • Seite 8 7. Monteer aan de rechterkant van het voertuig de luchtbalg aan de langsligger. Plaats de vulplaat 5 mm (B) tussen de bovenste luchtbalgsteun (C) en de langsligger. Draai de bout nog niet vast. 1x Bout M8x30 1x Sluitring M8 5 mm De vulplaat moet rechtop gemonteerd worden.

  • Seite 10 EURO 5 11. Monteer aan de linkerkant van het voertuig de luchtbalg aan de langsligger. Als er een brandstofkoeler is gemonteerd, plaats de vulplaat 2 mm (met inkepingen) (B) tussen de bovenste luchtbalgsteun (C) en de brandstofkoeler. Als er geen brandstofkoeler is gemonteerd, plaats de vulplaat 5 mm (B) tussen de bovenste luchtbalgsteun (C) en de langsligger.

  • Seite 14 MONTAGE DES SETS 1. Montieren Sie die Luftkupplungen an die Luftbalgen. 2x Luftkupplung 2. Montieren Sie die unteren Luftbalgplatten (E) an die Luftbalgen (D). 4x Senkschraube mit Innensechskant M8x20 20 Nm Montieren Sie die unteren Luftbalgplatte, wie im Bild gezeigt. 3.

Verbiegen Sie den Haltedraht der Chassismontageplatte (A) so, dass sich diese gut, auf der Innenseite des Holmes anbringen läßt. Die Bohrungen der Halteplatte müssen mit den Bohrungen in dem (rechten) Holm übereinstimmen.

Wenn ein Kraftstoff kühler verbaut ist, verwenden Sie die Füllplatte 2mm (mit Nuten) (B) zwischen der oberen Luftbalgstütze (C) und dem Kraftstoff kühler. Sollte kein Kraftstoff kühler verbaut sein, benutzen Sie die Füllplatte 5mm (B) zwischen der oberen Luftbalgstütze und dem Holm ein.
