1. Before using your Power Roller Balance Board, you must choose
your level of difficulty. If it is your first time using the Roller Board, we
recommend starting at the beginner level and working your way up.
Important: The provided wooden slats will determine the difficulty of your Roller Board
training. Attaching the wooden slats will prevent the balancing cylinder from slipping
underneath the board and will reduce the risk of falling. It is recommended to continue
using the wooden slats until you are fully confident in your exercise abilities and can
demonstrate a significant amount of control over the Roller Board.
2. Beginner Level: To use the Roller Board at the easiest setting, place the included
wooden slats over the set of holes closest to the centre of the board (Fig 1). Screw the
slats into place using the provided metal screws.
3. Intermediate Level: To use the Roller Board at a medium setting, place the included
wooden slats over the set of holes closest to the edges of the board (Fig 2). Screw the
slats into place using the provided metal screws.
NOTE: Always ensure that the screws are securely in place before each use. It is
important to regularly check the screws and retighten them if necessary.
4. Advanced Level: To use the Roller Board at the most difficult setting, leave the
wooden slats off while exercising.
Exercising:
1. Place the balancing cylinder underneath the Roller Board as shown in Fig. 3. Position
both feet on the board and shift your weight so that the board is no longer touching the
ground. Try to keep the board as straight as possible while balancing on the cylinder.
TIP: Until you get comfortable, it is recommended to use a wall or a chair for support
when first using the Roller Board.
NOTE: This is a powerful exercise device. Never overexert yourself when using this
product, as doing so may cause injury. Always be aware of your own strength, fitness
level & ability prior to use. This product is not suitable for children under 8 years old.
Children should only ever use this product under adult supervision.
