PRECAUTIONS
Always ensure that the weight plates are securely locked into position before
using the Kettlebell.
Never swing this product in an area where people or heavy/sharp objects,
such as furniture are within a 5m radius. This is a heavy product and can
easily cause injury to yourself or others if not used correctly and safely.
Remember, this is a powerful exercise device. Never overexert yourself when
using this product, as doing so may cause injury. Always be aware of your
own strength, fitness level & ability prior to use.

USAGE
1. To adjust the weight of the Kettlebell, simply place your thumb inside the
hollow groove on the locking button (the red part at the top of the Kettlebell)
and slide it outwards. Next, push the locking button downwards, until it fully
covers the 'UNLOCKED' symbol.
2. Remove or add plates to achieve your desired weight. To remove plates,
simply tilt the Kettlebell forward slightly and the plates will slide out.
3. Once your chosen plates are securely in place, put your thumb back on the
locking button and slide it outwards, then upwards so that it once again covers
the 'LOCKED' symbol.
4. Always ensure that the weight plates are correctly in place before exercising.
If any plate is sitting unevenly or protruding from the Kettlebell, it is not secure-
ly in place and needs to be repositioned.
