related to your purchase or use of the volt'H power bank is limited to an amount
equal to the original purchase price of the volt'H power bank. Applicable law may
not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations
or exclusions may not apply to you. If any provision of the Warranty or limitation
of liability is void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and
shall not affect any remaining provisions.
Warranty provisions specific to Australia
Please note that nothing in the International Warranty as set out above
excludes, restricts or modifies the protections available to you under the
Australian Consumer Law. In particular, the following specific Australian war-
ranty provisions shall apply to your volt'H power bank bought and submitted for
replacement, repair or refund in Australia.
Our volt'H power bank is subject to a guarantee that cannot be excluded under
the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund
of your volt'H power bank in the event of a major failure of said volt'H power bank.
Under the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law, in cases where a failure
does not amount to a major failure, Hermès reserves the right to choose between
providing you with a repair, replacement or refund. Hermès also reserves the
right to have the volt'H power bank assessed to determine whether it fails to be
of acceptable quality.
