Limits of the warranty
Any damage resulting from a repair carried out by services not officially author-
ised by Hermès will not be covered and will void the warranty. The warranty does
not cover any damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or inappropriate
handling. Nor does it apply on a more general level to evidence of improper use
or misuse.
Warranty provisions specific to France
Please note that for purchases made on French territory, your volt'H power bank
benefits from the legal warranties laid down in sections L. 217-4 to L. 217-16
of the French Consumer Code and in sections 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code, to
