CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILIT Y, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-
INFRINGEMENT, SATISFACTORY QUALIT Y, OR RESULTING FROM A COURSE OF
DEALING, LAW, CUSTOM, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hermès is not responsible for any
consequential, special, incidental, exemplary or indirect damages arising from
or related to your purchase or use of the volt'H power bank, regardless of the
legal theory on which any such damages may be based (including contract, tort
or product liability), and even if Hermès has been advised of the possibility of
