the exclusion of all other warranties. Any request relating to these French legal
warranties may be addressed to Hermès, at the above-mentioned address and
telephone number, or via the contact form available in the Contact Us section of
the hermes.com website.
Legal warranty of conformity
Hermès warrants that your volt'H power bank will be fit for the use ordinarily
expected of similar goods and that it will present the characteristics described
at the time of purchase. Hermès also takes responsibility for any non-conformity
resulting from the packaging of your volt'H power bank. This warranty will only
apply in the event of your making the claim within two (2) years from the date of
delivery of the goods. Any non-conformity that appears within twenty-four (24)
months of the date of delivery is presumed to exist at the time of delivery, in the
absence of evidence to the contrary.
You are entitled to choose between the repair or replacement of your volt'H power
bank unless your choice results in a manifestly disproportionate cost to Hermès.
In accordance with legal requirements regarding the circular economy:
– any product repaired under the legal warranty of conformity will benefit from a
six-month extension of said warranty;
– if you choose to have your volt'H power bank repaired but the repair isn't
implemented, you may then, either as of the date of Hermès' decision not to
repair, or at the end of a period of one month following your request to repair
that was not fulfilled within that period, request the replacement of your volt'H
