ATTENTION TO SAFETY RULES. CONTACT YOUR
DISTRIBUTOR IF YOU DO NOT FULLY UNDERSTAND
THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
This machine must be used for cutting only.
It is also essential to pay special attention to the "SAFETY
RULES" Manual. The symbols next to certain paragraphs
indicate points requiring extra attention, practical advice or
simple information.
This MANUAL and the "SAFETY RULES" MANUAL must be
stored carefully in a pica familiar to everyone involved in
using the machine. They must be consulted whenever
doubts arise and be kept for the entire lifespan of the
machine; they will also be used for ordering replacement
parts.
1. INSTALLATION
1.1. TORCH ASSEMBLY
During these operations, the power source MUST be
disconnected from the mains.
Insert the torch male adapter in the corresponding
female connector on the front panel. Be careful to align
the black nylon pin with the corresponding hole in the
adapter.
Turn the ring nut of the torch male adapter clockwise until
it is fully seated.
Mount the supplied kit of consumables.
Do not dent the current pin or bend the pins of the torch
fitting. A dented pin may not be disconnected, while a bent
pin does not allow proper insertion onto the female adapter,
thereby preventing the machine from working.
This machine is suitable to work only with a genuine

Do not remove or short-circuit the safety devices.
Use only original spare parts.
Always replace any damaged parts of the machine with
original materials.
Do not run the machine without its housings. This would
be dangerous to the operator and anyone else in the
