2.2.1 Qualified personnel

are those persons who are qualified to set up, install, place into
service, and operate this device, and who possess the following
qualifications:

Training and instruction (or other qualification) for switching,
grounding and designating devices and systems in accor-
dance with safety standards.
•
Training or instruction in accordance with safety standards for
care and use of certain safety equipment.
•
First aid training.
