Troubleshootin Guide
Please consult troubleshootin table below for any issues you may face prior to contactin our support
centre.
PROBLEM
Unit fails to heat up and
steam. Power indicator
li ht does not illuminate.
Water runs out of the holes
in the soleplate.
White streaks come throu h
the holes in the soleplate.
Brown streaks come
throu h the holes in the
soleplate and stain the
linen.
The soleplate is dirty or
brown and may stain the
arment .The clothe sticks
in the soleplate.
There is no steam or there
is little steam.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Unit is not plu ed in.
Water has condensed in the pipes
because you are usin for the first
time or you have not used it for some
time.
The soleplate is not hot enou h.
The product has a build-up of scale
because the anti-calc cartrid e has
not been chan ed re ularly.
You are usin chemical descalin
a ents or addititves in the water for
ironin .
You are ironin at too hi h a
temperature.
The water tank is empty.
The soleplate is not hot enou h.
SOLUTION
Plu into electrical outlet.
Press the steam tri er away from
your ironin board until the iron
produces steam.
Wait until the iron soleplate is hot
enou h or increase the temperature of
the soleplate.
Chan e the anti-calc cartrid e
Never add this type of product in the
water tank or in the steam chamber.
Adjust the temperature dial to a lower
heat settin .
Fill the water tank.
Wait until the iron soleplate is hot
enou h or increase the temperature of
the soleplate.
