PULIZIA E/O SOSTITUZIONE DELLA VALVOLA REGOLATRICE DI FLUSSO
Prima di effettuare tale operazione assicurarsi che la rete idrica sia chiusa.
Fig. 37-38 - Nel caso in cui si verifichi una scarsa fuoriuscita d'acqua dal miscelatore è opportuno verificare
le condizioni della valvola regolatrice di flusso situata all'interno del corpo incasso.
Fig. 39-40 - Rimuovere le parti in finitura dal corpo nella sequenza indicata: togliere i grani posti sotto la bocca
a cascata e rimuoverla. Svitare le viti che fermano la piastra al corpo e sfilarla dai perni.
ATTENZIONE: in questa fase è importante prestare la massima attenzione a non smarrire e/o danneggiare
le guarnizioni sulla bocca e sulla piastra.

Fig. 43 - Utilizzando una chiave da 10mm svitare il raccordo che contiene la valvola regolatrice di flusso ed
estrarlo dal corpo.
Fig. 44 - Procedere ad una accurata pulizia del raccordo e della valvola, possibilmente senza rimuovere
quest'ultima dalla propria sede.
In fine, seguendo la procedura in modo inverso, sistemare il miscelatore nella propria sede e verificare che
tutto funzioni correttamente.
Nel caso si accerti il danneggiamento della valvola regolatrice di flusso è possibile chiederne la sostituzione
e operare l'avvicendamento seguendo quanto sopra descritto.
CLEANING AND/OR REPLACING THE FLOW REGULATING VALVE
Before making this operation make sure the water network is closed.

placed inside the built-in body.
Fig. 39-40 - Remove the finish parts from the body following these steps: remove the screws under the
cascade spout and remove it. Loosen the screws that fasten the plate on the body and pull it from the pins.
WARNING: at this stage it is important to pay attention not to loose and/or damage the gaskets on the spout
and on the plate.
Fig. 41-42 - Loosen the screws supporting the mixer body and remove it.
Fig. 43 - Using a 10mm wrench unscrew the connection that holds the glow regulating valve and remove it
from the body.
Fig. 44 - Clean thoroughly the connection and the valve, possibly without removing the latter from its seat.
Finally, following the opposite procedure, place the mixer in its seat and check that all works properly.
If the flow regulating valve is damaged you can request its replacement and substitute according to the above
description.
NETTOYAGE ET/OU REMPLACEMENT DU ROBINET RÉGULATEUR DE FLUX
Avant d'effectuer cette opération vérifier que le réseau hydrique est fermé.

à l'intérieur du corps encastrement.
Fig. 39-40 - Enlever les parties en finition du corps dans la séquence indiquée: enlever les goujons situés
sous la bouche en cascade et l'enlever. Dévisser les vis qui fixent la plaque au corps et l'extraire des pivots.
ATTENTION: dans cette phase il est important de veiller très attentivement à ne pas perdre et/ou abîmer les
gaines sur la bouche et sur la plaque.

Fig. 43 - Utilisant une clé 10mm dévisser le raccordement qui contient le robinet régulateur de flux et l'extraire
du corps.
Fig. 44 - Nettoyer soigneusement le raccordement et le robinet, possiblement sans enlever ce dernier de
son siège.
Enfin, suivant la procédure inverse, placer le mélangeur dans son siège et vérifier que tout se passe
correctement.
Si le robinet régulateur de flux est abîmé on peut en demander la substitution et remplacer selon la description
ci-dessus.

Bevor diese Operation zu erledigen, ist es zu überprüfen, dass die Wasserleitungen gesperrt sind.
Abb. 37-38 - Bei einem evtl. geringen Wasserausfluss aus dem Mischer, ist es empfehlenswert, den Zustand
des Durchflussregelventils im Inneren des Einbau-Körpers zu überprüfen.
