Getting started

∙ The appliance is suitable for heating water only.
∙ Safely install the device into a pot. The pot must be as high that the device hangs
into the water up till the marking "max" and a distance of at least 1 cm to the
ground is kept in order not to block the water circulation.
∙ Please fill the pot with lukewarm water before use. Pay attention that the water,
together with the food does not exceed the marking "max".
∙ Plug in the device.
∙ If the water level is below "Min", E3 appears in the display and the device switches off.
Set temperature and timer
∙ The operation of the touch screen works better with grease-free fingers.
∙ Press the power button for 3 seconds to switch to standby mode. The device lights
up red.
∙ The last temperature setting appears. If the device is now started with the power
button, it will run continuously without a timer setting.
∙ Press the setting button and within 5 seconds the desired temperature can be set
in 0.5 ° C steps up to 95 ° C. Use the +/- buttons for this. With constant pressure, the
values can be changed at high speed.
∙ Press the setting button again to set the timer within 5 seconds. The hours can be
set from 0 to 99 hours by pressing the +/- buttons. By pressing the setting button
again, the minutes can be set from 0 to 59 with the +/- buttons. With constant
pressure, the values can be changed at high speed.
∙ The selected temperature and time light up alternately in the display.
∙ The program is started by pressing the power button d). The device lights up blue
(= heating up). The water circulates in the container and is heated to the desired
temperature.
∙ When the selected temperature has been reached, the device lights up green (=
cooking) and the time begins to count down.
∙ After the selected time has elapsed, the device lights up red, it beeps and switches off.
∙ Note: Due to evaporation, the amount of water decreases during use. Add luke-
warm water from time to time so that the food is always covered with water.
∙ If you want to change the temperature or time during the cooking process, press
the power button d). Then, temperature and time can be changed as described
above. Then, restart the device.
∙ Menu button e):
o Press the menu button e) for 3 seconds to access the preset programs.
o There are 4 programs:
∙ 1: 60 ° C for 1:40 hours
∙ 2: 65 ° C for 1:30 hours
∙ 3: 55 ° C for 0:30 hours
∙ 4: 85 ° C for 0:40 hours
o After making your selection, start the program as described above.
o If none of the preset programs are to be used, press e) again for 3 seconds
to return to the individual temperature and time selection.
