9. Operation

9.1. Switching on and off

 If you have connected the product to the power supply using the mains
adapter, the Standby/On button on the product will light up red.
 Press the
Standby/On button on the remote control or the
Standby/On button on the product to switch on the Lifesmart TV. The
MEDION logo will appear on the start-up screen. The
button on the product will light up blue.
 In order to switch the product to standby mode, press the
On button on the remote control or on the product. The
button on the product will light up red in standby mode.
 Press the
Standby/On button on the remote control or the
Standby/On button on the product again to take it out of standby mode.
PLEASE NOTE!
You need to point the remote control at the Lifesmart
TV if you want to switch the product on or off by the
Standby/On button. All the other functions are con-
trolled wirelessly and the remote control need not be
pointed at the Lifesmart TV.
