SAFETY MEASURES
MEASURES TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE COOKTOP
• Do not hit the pots on the edge of the glass.
• Do not place or leave empty pots on the glass-ceramic panel.
• Do not allow sugar or synthetic materials to get on the hot plates,
and do not leave aluminum sheets on them, as this may cause cracks
or other damage when cooling the glass-ceramic surface.
• Do not put hot cookware on the control panel.
• If there is a kitchen drawer under the cooktop, make sure that there is
enough (2 cm) free space between the contents of the drawer and
the bottom of the cooktop. This is necessary to ensure proper
ventilation.
• Do not place any flammable objects (such as sprays) in the drawer
under the cooktop. Cutlery drawers should be made of heat-resistant
materials.
