Pulse function
The pulse function of the treadmill is not a medical device, the purpose is to give an
indication of the actual pulse of the user. If you need more accurate heart rate measurement,
pulse belts or pulse watches are recommended.
The following factors can lead to incorrect results:

User holds too firm grip, moderate grip is recommended.

The user's hands are dry and / or cold, try to warm up and moisten their hands by
rubbed them together.

The user has thick and / or hard skin in his/her hands

Use of clothing, jewelry or alike that limits blood flow.

Health conditions such as atherosclerosis, arrhythmias, low blood pressure or
reduced peripheral circulation.

Disturbances in the form of fluorescent lamps, computers, home alarms and large
engine units.
Maintenance
Warning: Switch off the ON/OFF and disconnect the plug from the wall outlet before
any service is done on the treadmill.
It is important to keep the treadmill as well as the environment clean, to avoid problems and
attain minimum service needs. Therefore, to ensure trouble-free operation, the following
maintenance plan is recommended
Before use:

Make sure that there are no loose parts and no damage on the treadmill before
using.

Make sure that the running deck is lubricated. Place the hand under the belt, loosen
first if necessary, notice if the surface of the running deck if there are any lubricant
left. If it is completely dry, apply lubricant. Always follow the manufacturer's
recommended lubrication intervals.
After use:

Clean, wipe of sweat and remove any possible small items attached to belt. Use a
moisten cloth when doing this.

Control that belt is proper tighten and in center of treadmill.
Each month:

Wipe away or vacuum dust and dirt that has accrued around and on the underneath
of the treadmill.

Remove the lid from the engine compartment, remove dust that has accrued in the
engine compartment and on the engine, to avoid failure of electronic components.

Wipe the running plate to remove dust and dirt with a cloth. Consider at the same
time if the running plate needs lubricant.

Check that all bolts, nuts and screws are tighten as required, tightened more if
required.
