Perform a stomach jump but push downwards with only one hand, depending on
which way you want to turn.
Keep your head up, holding your shoulders in the same position and your back parallel
with the mat at all times.
Land on your stomach. Bounce back to the basic position by pushing downwards with
your hands.
Advanced jumps
lf you want to perform more advanced jumps, you must first be able to perform all
the basic jumps under full control.
Contact a trained instructor for lessons in advanced jumps.
