First of all, we congratulate you for your choice. We provide you with this manual in order to ensure your
most efficiently use of your cooling device.
Before starting to use your hot storage device, please read carefully this manual and keep it for future
reference when required.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
DESCRIPTION

The instructions in this manual contain important
information on safe assembly, use, cleaning and
maintenance of the device. Therefore, please keep
the manual in a place which the user of the device
and the technician can easily reach.
 Assembly, electric connection and maintenance
operations of the device should be performed by an
authorized and specialized person in accordance with
the instructions of the manufacturer.
 The equipment should only be used by people
provided with training for use.

Stop the equipment in case of any incorrect or
abnormal communication. Please only contact with
the technical assistance centers authorized by the
manufacturer and request original spare parts. Failure
in observing the above stated instructions can
jeopardize the safety of the equipment.
 Power connection of the device should be performed
in accordance with the values given in the
"Technical Specifications" table and the electric
diagrams.
 The manufacturer shall not assume any liability for
any consequential damages to people or properties
resulting from any action performed without
observing the instruction manual or any maintenance
or technical interventions

ASSEMBLY

Strip off the protective nylon on the device. If any
adhesive material remains on the surface, clean them
using an appropriate solvent (for example, Henkel-
Helios).
Water Connection
 There is no need for any water connection since the
pool of the device shall be filled manually.
Discharge of Water

The water inside is discharged by opening the ball
valve located under the pool.
WARNING: When installing the outlet connection
of the pool, ensure that the outlet pipe is resistant
against minimum 100
Electrical connection
 The device must only be connected to a mains
complying with DIN VDE 0100 electric installation
standards.

 The cable must be of at least H07 RN-F quality and
so that its profile shall support maximum current.
 An automated fuse must be placed between the
device and the mains.
 It is recommended to place a residual current relay
on the supply installation.
 Voltage tolerance shall not exceed 10%.


In order to protect the equipment from possible
overload or short circuits, open a minimum 3 mm
contact between the power cable and the power line
and install a RCD with appropriate capacity with a
proper distance.

Electrical safety shall only be guaranteed if
appropriate grounding is provided in accordance with
the current electricity standards. If you have any
doubt about the efficiency of the grounding, have its
installation checked by a specialized technician.
 PRE-USE
Checking power system
 After completion of the assembly process, check the
control elements and heaters by running the device at
variable temperatures.

Checking thermal power

A smoke and a slight odor may emanate from the
device for some time during start-up. This smoke
and slight odor are caused by isolation material and
lubricants on sheet surfaces etc. It is not dangerous
and shall discontinue itself after a while.
 The device must be operated at maximum
temperature degree for a period of 1 hour during
initial use.
POSSIBLE PROBLEMS - SOLUTIONS
Water is not heated
 Check the fuses.

The main switch feeding the device is not on.

Low voltage or power connection is incorrect.
 The switch is malfunctioned.
 The thermostat is malfunctioned.

Heaters are incorrectly connected or burnt. (Replace
the malfunctioned heater with a new one.)
