PROBLEM
The electrical cord is damaged.
The hose keeps falling out of the
connection outlet.
The white lever on the rectangular or
triangular tool cannot change position.
The symbol on the product or on its packaging indicates that this product may not be treated

POSSIBLE CAUSE
A. Replace power cord.
A. The hose is not properly connected.
A. The arrow on the connector and the dot on
the tool are not lined up.
REMEDY
A. Contact Dupray at +44 333 011 2660 for
replacement.
A. Make sure you push the hose in all the way
and ensure the locking pin is in place.
A. Rotate the connector so that the arrow
on the connector and the dot on the tool
line up. Slide the white lever to
the correct position.
