4.1.2 Regeneration unit
The regeneration unit is started by pressing the switch (see Fig. 4, a). This runs an automatic regen-
eration program which takes up to 9 hours.

Caution! - Hot surfaces!
During the regeneration process, the unit reaches an inside temperature of up to 300 °C. There is
a danger of burning if the unit if opened before the regeneration process is complete!
Caution!
The valve must be CLOSED while the active cooling compartment is being regenerated in the re-
generation unit! (see Fig. 3, position A)
4.2

Display and operating elements

There are two pilot lights on the regeneration unit. The device is ready for use if the green LED is
continuously lit. A regeneration program is active if the green LED is flashing. The green LED is lit
continuously again when the regeneration program is complete. A fault is present if the red LED
lights up.
