6. RESET THE CONTROL UNIT
While the unit is powered on, press the " " and " " buttons simultaneously until the buzzer beeps. The desk will move down to the lowest position then raise a little. Do not
release the buttons until the process is complete.

Note:
1. Self-protection function: the unit will enter protective mode if the system operates in excess of two minutes with "HOT" on the control display. The system will
reset and return to normal operation after approximately 20 minutes.
2. Overload protection mode: while operating, if the load on the desk is over weight capacity, the system will enter into an overload protection mode. This will
protect the system from damages caused by exceeding weight. When this happens, the desk will move downward approximately 30mm and come to a stop with
the current height displayed.
3. Attention: NEVER remove or turn off the power in order to reset the unit when it is in a protective mode or "HOT" state.
CUSTOM SETTINGS
For all of the below Custom Settings:
• Press " " and " " simultaneously for 5 seconds until the buzzer beeps once and "S-1" is displayed.
• If no other action is taken within 10 seconds, the process will be automatically canceled.
• The process can be canceled manually by pressing " " at any time.
Custom Setting 1: Minimum & Maximum Height Settings
• Minimum Height Limit: While "S-1" is displayed, press " " once and then press " " or " " to set desired minimum height. Press " " to save: "L-S" = Successful,
"L-F" = Try Again.
• Maximum Height Limit: While "S-1" is displayed, press " " to "S-2". Press " " once and then press " " or " " to set desired maximum height. Press " " to save:
"H-S" = Successful, "H-F" = Try Again.
Note: Default minimum height is 62cm (24.4") and the adjustable range is 62-118cm (24.4"-46.4"). Default maximum height is 128cm (50.4") and the
adjustable range is 72-128cm (28.3"-50.4").

is 2 and the adjustable range is 0-8 (0 = Off, 8 = max.). Press " " to save: "S-S" = Successful, "S-F" = Try Again.
• Adjust Downwards Sensitivity: While "S-1" is displayed, press " " to "S-4". Press " " once and then press " " or " " to change the sensitivity level. Default
sensitivity is 2 and the adjustable range is 0-8 (0 = Off, 8 = max.). Press " " to save: "S-S" = Successful, "S-F" = Try Again.
Custom Setting 3: Adjust the Desktop Tilt Sensitivity
• Adjust Upwards Sensitivity: While "S-1" is displayed, press " " to "S-5". Press " " once and then press " " or " " to change the sensitivity level. Default
sensitivity is 2 and the adjustable range is 0-8 (0 = Off, 8 = max.). Press " " to save: "S-S" = Successful, "S-F" = Try Again.
Custom Setting 4: Adjust to Display the Height With/Without Desktop
• While "S-1" is displayed, press " " to "S-6". Press " " once and then press " " or " " to input desktop thickness. Press " " to save: "T-S" = Successful, "T-F"
= Try Again.
Custom Setting 5: Automatically Lock/Unlock Display
• While "S-1" is displayed, press " " to "S-7". Press " " once and then press " " or " " to choose auto-lock on (1) or to turn auto-lock off (0). Press " " to
save: "A-S" = Successful, "A-F" = Try Again.
To reset the customized settings, press " ", " " and " " simultaneously for 5 seconds until the buzzer beeps.

workmanship for the time period as set forth below.
The structural frame for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of original purchase of the product.
All electrical components for a period of seven (7) years from the date of original purchase of the product.
This warranty applies only to the initial purchaser and does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions on installation and
use, neglect, use of unauthorized attachments, commercial use, use on a current or voltage other than specified on the product, or unauthorized
service during the warranty period on conditions otherwise covered by warranty.
THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
