This warranty applies to use in private single-family homes or apartments
and does not apply to YAKINIKU barbecues used in commercial, community

or multi-unit environments, such as restaurants, hotels, resorts or vacation
homes.
YAKINIKU may change the design of its products from time to time. Nothing

in this warranty shall be construed as requiring YAKINIKU to incorporate such

design changes into previously manufactured products, nor shall it be con-
strued as acknowledging that any previous design was defective.
