11. Troubleshooting

By purchasing the laboratory power supply unit, you have acquired a product that is reliable
and operationally safe.
However, problems and malfunctions may still occur. This section explains how to troubleshoot
common issues:
Always follow the safety information (see Abschnitt „6. Safety information" auf Seite
32).

• Device not connected to the

• Voltage not set correctly
• Incorrect polarity

• Voltage limit error message
Set voltage limit value is below
the setpoint for the output
voltage.
• Current limit error message:
The set current limit value is
below the output current setpoint.
Suggested solution
• Connecting to the mains
• Check the circuit breaker
• Set the voltage correctly
• Pay attention to the correct
polarity
• Check the technical data of the
consumer
• Turn the voltage knob (7)
clockwise. The voltage limit value
and the output voltage setpoint
are adjusted together.
• Alternatively: Reset the device by
switching it off and on again.
• Turn the current knob (8)
clockwise. The current limit value
and the output current setpoint
are adjusted together.
• Alternatively: Reset the device by
switching it off and on again.
