4.5 General notes regarding danger and problem solving
Risk of Accident
 Make sure that the seal is set correctly in the groove before each starting up of the
vacuum suction.
 Always place the vacuum suction in a way that the seal cannot be damaged or taken
out of the groove.
 Change the seal in time. Vacuum can be reduced due to dust, shavings etc.
 Exchange the seal when it starts getting porous.
 With small work pieces you can use only half of the vacuum plate.
 Not for MDF plates.
 Only even plates can be clamped.
 No solid wood.
 Please check adhesion (vacuum) fi rst when clamping vertically.
 For large work pieces larger than ca. 1.2 m an additional extension module with a
connector can be used.
 Vertical holding force is 85 kg.
