4.3 Working with Extension Module
Please check if the seal is set correctly in the groove before each starting up of the
vacuum suction.
With long and heavy work pieces an extension module can be used for a secure support.
The integrated connection hose is connected to the basic module and extension module
with a quick coupling.
Here the same is valid: The suction plate not being used must be disconnected
from the vacuum with a blocking valve.
4.4 Detaching Work piece
Operating the gate valve (Fig 1) disconnects the vacuum and the work piece can be taken
from the vacuum plate.
ATTENTION: When detaching the work piece always raise it slightly so you do not
damage the seal or take it out of the groove.
Risk of Accident
Always keep the work piece tight before you open the gate valve.
 Make sure the work piece cannot fall or tumble after you have used the
gate valve.
 The work pieces must have straight and even surfaces.
 The work pieces may not be permeable to air. (e.g. MDF)
