Adjust suspension fork
Your Iseo bike is equipped with a suspension fork. The air chamber is
located in the left fork spar (from the rider's perspective). The pressure in
the air chamber allows you to adjust the fork to your personal preferences
or rider weight. For this purpose a special shock pump with a small stroke
is needed which is screwed onto the valve under the cap (1).
If the fork is too soft (it rushes through the suspension travel and fails even
at low handlebar load), the air pressure can be increased. If the fork is too
hard and does not use the full travel, air can be released via the shock
pump.
The minimum air pressure of 60 PSI must not be fallen below under any
circumstances.
The maximum air pressure of 150 PSI must not be exceeded under any
circumstances.

The air pressure is optimally adjusted when the fork dips about 10 mm
to 15 mm (Sag) during normal riding and does not blow through during
harder shocks.
The damping unit is located in the left fork leg (from rider's perspective).
A hydraulic system controls the speed of the fork's compression and
rebound.
At the bottom of the right fork leg there is a red knob (2) which controls
the rebound speed of the fork. By screwing the knob in (clockwise) the
speed is reduced, by screwing it out (anti-clockwise) the speed is increa-
sed. The speed is well adjusted when the front wheel almost lifts off the
ground when the fork rebounds.
There is a hydraulic lockout lever (3) on the top of the right fork leg.
Turned completely counterclockwise the fork is locked. With each click
further clockwise, the compression stage is opened and the fork rebounds
more and more easily.
