Warranty

This device has been manufactured using the most modern
manufacturing processes and has been carefully checked. All
LASERLUCHS® products are subject to strict quality control. If this
product does not work properly, we regret this very much and
ask you to contact the service address listed on the last page. The
following applies to the assertion of warranty claims:
The warranty period is
purchase. Please keep the proof of purchase as proof of the
warranty claim
During the warranty period, the defective PICO-K9-SPOT can be
sent to the service address given on the last page.
If the claim is justified, you will receive a new or repaired device
free of charge. After the warranty period has expired, you can also
send the defective device to LASERLUCHS® customer service for
repair. Repairs after the warranty period have to be paid for. This
warranty does not limit your statutory rights.
Damage caused by improper handling, operation, storage, ch-
anges to electronics, optics or housing, as well as by force majeure
or other external influences as well as by operation outside of the
technical specifications are not covered by this warranty. For quick
warranty processing, please contact LASERLUCHS® customer ser-
vice before returning the product.
