If this does not happen automatically you need to disconnect your e-motor or other equipment in
order to reset the battery. After a few minutes you can reconnect your equipment. The activation of
the BMS may seem like a failure, but it is not. If it occurs repeatedly this can indicate a malfunction
of a component in your electrical system or overheating of the batteries. If this happens contact
your installer to avoid injury.
Warranty
Your battery has a standard 2 year warranty from date of purchase. The other components in the
package have a warranty of 1 year. Refer to our general terms and conditions for detailed
warranty conditions. Please retain and store your purchase receipt , as it is required for warranty
claims.
