Er signalisiert aufgespürtes Gas durch akustische und optische Signale. Der Gas-Detektor ist für den privaten Gebrauch als Testgerät bestimmt.

Wenn die Batterien verbraucht sind, ertönt bei eingeschaltetem Gerät alle 30 Sekunden ein aus 3 Tönen bestehendes Alarmsignal. Wechseln Sie die Batterien umgehend aus. Die Batterien können sehr fest im Batteriefach sitzen.
