3 MAINTENANCE AND ACCESSORIES

3.1 Maintenance

Carefully and frequently clean the steel surfaces using a damp cloth, use soap and water

or normal detergents, so long as these do not contains abrasives or chlorine based
substances, then thoroughly rinse with clean water and dry carefully.
Once a week it's advisable to remove the burner for a complete cleaning of it and
•
Venturi part to avoid that cooking residuals obstruct these parts.
Water or dirt haven't to fall down inside burner. It can cause a bad functioning or a
•
nozzle obstruction; in this case take away the burners and clean the nozzle's holes.
Flame dividers, burners and grate must be cleaned from residuals every day.
•
Do not clean the steel part with straw, brush abrasive that could damage the steel causing
•
the rust.
If the appliance is not employ for a long time, it's necessary to clean it with a soft cloth
•
and Vaseline oil in order to make a protective film.
Once a year to check the appliance completely by a qualify technician.
•
We recommend to ask for a Lincar assistance centre to stipulate a yearly maintenance
•
contract.
