Operation

∙ Never operate the device without oil and check the MIN / MAX filling quan-
tity.
∙ Connect the cable. The device beeps.
∙ Press the button
∙ Press the menu button, the basic temperature 140 °C flashes in the display.
∙ The temperature can be set between 100 and 190 °C within 6 seconds by using the
+/- buttons. If the temperature is set, it lights up constantly.
∙ The device starts to heat up. The heating-up time is approx. 10 minutes.
∙ As soon as the appliance has heated up, the food can be put in the basket.
∙ Press the menu button again to set the timer. The time can be set between 20 and
120 minutes with the +/- buttons.
∙ The program is running, the temperature and time are shown alternately in the
display.
∙ After the selected time has elapsed, the device switches off and a signal can be
heard.
∙ Attention: if no timer is set, the device will be turned off for safety reasons after
2 hours.
