Room Types

Weframe One facilitates group collaboration in
virtually all meeting and workshop formats. As
such, a Sessionboard works well anywhere that
people work together in groups. This includes:

Access

Due to the dimensions and overall weight of the
Sessionboard, locations should be accessible
at ground level, by ramps, or by a load-
bearing elevator that offers sufficient space.
The following factors should be considered
when selecting a location to ensure that the
Sessionboard can be transported to and from
the location easily:

• Traditional conference rooms with chairs
• Seminar rooms
• Huddle rooms of sufficient size with and
without chairs
• Creative spaces
• Collaboration labs
DOORWAYS
• The Sessionboard 86'' is a total of 6.69 feet
high.
• By tilting the display, its overall height can be
reduced to 6.46 feet, allowing it to fit through
standard doorways.
• All openings, such as doors or gates, must be at
least this high. In addition, we recommend at
least .60 inches of clearance.
LOAD CAPACITY AND FLOOR CONDITION
• The Sessionboard 86'' weighs a total of
approximately 377 lbs.
• All paths and floors up to the final installation
location must have a load capacity of at least
52.21 lb / ft .

RAMPS
• Do not move the Sessionboard 86'' using
slopes and ramps that exceed a slope of 12 %.
