GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

STANDARD GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

Thank you for purchasing his product manufactured by LALIZAS ITALIA SRL.
We are sure that you will be satisfied with it. Please fully read the specified
guarantee conditions, in order to better know the content of the standards in
force t at deal l with Consumer Protection. The text of this Guarantee Certificate
includes the Conditions of the standard guarantee that the Manufacturer
acknowledges to the Consumer; the aforesaid conditions do not compromise,
and furthermore, comply with the Consumer rights that are established in the
Italian Legislative Decree dated February 2nd, 2002, N.24, which was 1ssued in
implementation of Directive 1999/44/EEC of the European Parliament.
DURATION AND VALIDITY CONDITI ONS FOR THE GUARANTEE
LALIZAS ITALIA SRL guarantees its own products for all conformity defects that
are present at the time of product delivery an d attributable to actions or failures
of the Manufacturer. According to the terms and conditions that are specified
in this document, as well as according to the provisions of Italian Legislative
Decree N.24/02 , the guarantee covers up to 24 months starting from the
delivery date of the good, which is certified by a document being subject to
taxation. The guarantee can be exercised only with an Authorized After-sales
Centers or resellers.
IMPORTANT: The consumer will lose his/her own rights that are provided for in
this guarantee if he/she fails to inform the reseller about the compliance defect
within the period of two months from the date of defect detection.
The guarantee will be operative if the Guarantee Certificate is kept together
with the delivery document being subject to taxation (delivery note, invoice, or,
other), which specifies the name of the seller, the delivery date, the identification
data of the product and the purchase price. lf an intervention is necessary,
both documents will have to be submitted to the reseller or to the technical
personnel: without the aforesaid documents, they are not authorized to perform
any action. LALIZAS ITALIA SRL will re serve the right to deny the guarantee
if the aforesaid documents are absent or if their information is incomplete
unreadable or artificial.
This Standard Guarantee of the Manufacturer will be fully valid if:
• The product is employed far private use and. anyhow, not far professional or
business activities.
