BEFORE USING THE DEVICE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY. CORRECT APPLICATION IS VITAL TO THE PROPER
FUNCTIONING OF THE DEVICE.
INTENDED USER PROFILE:
The intended user should be a licensed medical professional, the patient
or the patient's caregiver. The user should be able to read, understand
and be physically capable of performing the directions, warnings and
cautions in the information for use.
INTENDED USE/INDICATIONS: For immobilization of the shoulder
after surgery, injury or cast removal.

This product is to be used under the supervision of a medical

professional. This device is not intended for unsupervised public use.
• If you have skin disorders/injuries in the relevant part of the body,
the product should be fitted and worn only after consultation with
a medical professional.
• If you experience any pain, swelling, sensation changes, or any
unusual reactions while using this product, consult your medical
professional immediately.

Caution: This Product Contains Natural Rubber Latex Which

APPLICATION INFORMATION:
1. Place injured arm into the sling.
2. Universal - Bring straps over the shoulders crossing in the back.
Feed the straps through the loop under the sling and tie with a bow.
Deluxe - Take the straps over the shoulders and cross them in the
back. Bring the straps under the sling feeding them through the
buckles and secure. (Buckle tabs may be repositioned if desired)
Standard - Wrap strap around neck and secure to the sling.
3. Attach the swathe to the front of the sling with the brushed
material facing out. Wrap around chest and injured arm and secure.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash in warm water with mild
detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
WARRANTY: DJO, LLC will repair or replace all or part of the unit and
its accessories for material or workmanship defects for a period of six
months from the date of sale.

PERFIL DEL USUARIO PREVISTO:

supervisión médica.
• Si tiene trastornos o lesiones cutáneas en la parte relevante
del cuerpo, el producto debe colocarse y usarse solo después
de consultar con un profesional médico.
• Si sufre algún dolor, inflamación, alteración de la sensación
o cualquier otra reacción poco frecuente al utilizar este producto,
póngase en contacto con su médico inmediatamente.
• No utilice el dispositivo si está dañado o el empaque está abierto.
Precaución: Este producto contiene látex de caucho natural
que puede causar reacciones alérgicas.
INSTRUCCIONES DE COLOCACIÓN:
1. Coloque el brazo lesionado dentro del cabestrillo.
2. Universal: Coloque las correas sobre los hombros, de modo que se
crucen en la espalda. Introduzca las correas en el lazo situado bajo
el cabestrillo y amárrelas con una lazada. Deluxe: Pase las correas
sobre los hombros y crúcelas en la espalda. Pase las correas bajo el
cabestrillo, introdúzcalas en las hebillas y afiáncelas. (Las lengüetas
con hebilla se pueden cambiar de posición si se desea)
Estándar: Envuelva la correa alrededor del cuello y sujétela al
cabestrillo.
3. Coloque la faja en la parte delantera del cabestrillo con el material
peinado hacia fuera. Envuélvala alrededor del torso y del brazo
lesionado y afiáncela.
INSTRUCCIONES DE LIMPIEZA: Lave a mano con detergente suave en
agua templada. Enjuagar bien y secar al aire.
GARANTÍA: DJO, LLC reparará o sustituirá toda o parte de la unidad
y sus accesorios por defectos de material o mano de obra durante los
seis meses siguientes a la fecha de venta.
