III. Product performance
Digital display vernier calipers: Made of high quality stainless steel, this tool has four functions, namely measurement of inside diameter,
outside diameter, depth and step, which can be used for direct measurement and comparative measurement. With a high precision
capacitance grid measurement transmission system, its measurement is accurate, the results are directly displayed on the LCD screen
and the operation is simple and convenient. With the measuring data output port, it can be connected to a computer to obtain real-time
data.
IV. Operation methods
Digital display vernier calipers: Before use, release the tightening screw above the ruler frame （see the figure） , open the ruler frame,
clean the measuring surface and guidance surface, and check each button for flexibility and effectiveness. Pull the ruler frame in any
position to check whether the values displayed on the LCD screen are stable and clear. Press "ON/OFF" button to start the machine tool.
Wipe off the measuring surface of the jaw before each measurement and then press the "ORIGIN" button to clear the LCD screen. Each
time the "mm/inch" button is pressed, the Imperial or Metric systems will be displayed alternately. Press "AB0" to clear the screen, then
press it again to display the previous measured data and complete relative/absolute value measurement. After the button functions
become normal, the workpiece can be measured.

Digital display vernier calipers:
Overhaul inspection:
1. If the five digit display numbers flash at the same time at a frequency of about once/second, this means the battery voltage is too low;
please replace it with a new battery of NL brand SR44.
2. The display cannot count （ number lock） and the circuit accidentally fails; remove the battery and replace it after 30 seconds.
3. No display on the LCD screen:
1 ）Battery contact is poor; please adjust and clean the battery clip.
2）Battery voltage is low, please replace it with a new battery.
