If you have any questions about your battery after your purchase or during operation, please contact
the seller of the product. He will explain the further procedure to you.
If the seller cannot help you, please contact AG Automotive GmbH.
Please contact us in advance by mail with information and explanation of the problem, if necessary
with pictures.
If it happens that you want to send in a battery, please note the following hints for a quick handling:
If possible, use the original packaging as shipping box.
If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage
with suitable (UN-certified) packaging.
If the goods are not shipped in the original packaging or suitable UN-certified packaging, we must charge
for the new packaging when the product is returned.
Shipping is at the sender's own risk.
Please include the following with the return shipment: Copy of the invoice, reason for return, an accurate
and detailed description of the defect.
