6.2. Possible errors and their correction

My battery is not displayed in the
selection list of the app.
The battery switches off during
operation, the voltage is 0V.
Cycles are already displayed in
the app for my new battery.
The states of charge of my two
identical batteries connected in
parallel are different. Actually,
they should be exactly the same?

7. Warranty / Guarantee

All AG POWER LITHIUM batteries are manufactured according to the strictest quality criteria and AG
Automotive guarantees that the LiFePO4 batteries are delivered in perfect condition.
AG Automotive grants the legal warranty on production and material defects which were present at the
time of delivery of the product. The warranty does not apply to defects due to natural wear/tear, improper
use, lack of maintenance or failure to follow these instructions. Any use of the product is at your own risk.
A warranty claim can only be accepted if a copy of the purchase receipt is enclosed when the product is re-
turned. The warranty does not exceed the value of the product in any case. In all other respects, the General
Terms and Conditions of AG Automotive GmbH shall apply.
By putting the product into operation you accept the above conditions and assume full responsibility from
the use of this product.
The values given by AG Automotive about weight, size or technical data are to be understood as approxi-
mate values and no formal obligation for these data. Due to technical changes, which can be made in the
interest of the product even without notice, deviations may occur.

• Is the battery charged? Please check with voltmeter,
the voltage should be above 11V.
• Is the Bluetooth function of your mobile device enabled?
• Is the location sharing enabled in your smartphone?
• Is the battery possibly already connected to another device via
Bluetooth? Only one simultaneous connection with a battery is
possible.
• Is your smartphone already connected to another Bluetooth
device via Bluetooth? It is possible that only one simultaneous
connection is allowed.
There is an error and the BMS has disconnected the battery due to one of
the causes mentioned in 2.3. Please eliminate the cause.
It is normal that up to 3 cycles are already displayed, because the battery
is checked by the manufacturer and the reseller before sale.
This is normal with new batteries or after some time of use. With new
batteries, this should be equalized after a few cycles.For older batteries,
please fully charge each individually and reconnect in parallel with max.
50mV deviation from each other. Please also check the wiring; always
connect the inlets and outlets diagonally so that the batteries are loaded
evenly.
