- Make sure that the fan is out of the reach of children.
- Place the fan on a solid table, cupboard or other stable surface. Do not place the fan in or nearby an
open window. Make sure that there are no objects near the fan which could be knocked over or be in
the way when automatic swivelling is switched on.
- Do not use the fan in damp rooms such as bathrooms and do not place it near a sink or other receptacle
full of water.
- Make sure that curtains and other fabrics cannot be sucked into the fan.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- The use of this appliance by children or persons with a physical, sensory, mental or motorial disability,
or lack of experience and knowledge can give cause to hazards. Persons responsible for their safety
should give explicit instructions or supervise the use of the appliance.
U.K. WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:
BLUE = neutral, BROWN = LIVE, GREEN-YELLOW = EARTH
As the colours of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the colour mar-
kings identifying the terminals on your plug, proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or
coloured black.
The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L
or coloured red.
The wire which is coloured GREEN-YELLOW must be connected to the earth terminal which is marked
with the letter E or
With this appliance, if a 13 amp plug is used a 13 amp fuse should be fitted. If any other type of plug is
used a 15 amp fuse must be fitted either in the plug or at the distribution board.

élégant. Pourvu d'une hélice de 40 cm. Avec un interrupteur séparé pour le mécanisme d'orientation
pivotant et un pied basculant. Le puissant moteur à induction silencieux peut être réglé sur trois vitesses
différentes.
Déballer le ventilateur avec précaution et le poser sur une surface solide. Raccorder uniquement à une
prise de terre. S'assurer que la tension du secteur correspond à celle de l'appareil. Le PRINCESS
CLASSIC FLOOR FAN ne convient pas pour être utilisé dans des pièces humides telles que des salles
de bains et il ne doit pas être utilisé en plein air.

Interrupteur du mécanisme d'orientation pivotant automatique (14)
En haut : désactive le mécanisme d'orientation pivotant.
En bas : active le mécanisme d'orientation pivotant.
Vis de réglage du basculement (16)
Cette vis permet de régler verticalement la direction dans laquelle l'air est soufflé.
Dévisser la vis de quelques tours à la main et régler la direction en basculant le ventilateur
vers le haut ou le bas. Revisser ensuite la vis à fond à la main.
Réglage de la hauteur (4)
Pour régler la hauteur du ventilateur, dévisser l'écrou situé sur le pied. Revisser l'écrou
une fois que le ventilateur est réglé à la hauteur souhaitée.
