To share family appliances:

• Please check if the WIFI signal is still available
• Please check if the WIFI password is correct
• Please make sure the WIFI signal of router
support the standard IEEE802.11/b/g/n, if your
router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz signal,
please close the signal 5GHz by setting router.
• Please check if the IP connections of the router
exceed the max limit. If so, please close
unnecessary connections and re-try
Please follow the APP instructions for using in
manual and re-connect
As long as your mobile phone is able to connect
to network, no matter 2G/3G/4G or other
WIFI network, the appliance could be controlled
anywhere and anytime.
Sure, the status on APP and on appliance are
completely the same.
On the appliance control page, tap the icon in the
upper right corner to access the device
setting page.
Choose Share Devices – Add Devices, enter the
phone numbers/ E-mail of your family
members and tap complete.
Access the app homepage and choose Me –
Family Management.
Go to the family that needs to be set, click Add
Members and add family members and
friends who need to share devices to the family,
so that all devices in the family can be
shared. Single devices do not need to be re-
shared in this operation
