Sporty mode
1. Press the UP or DOWN key to select your training programme, select the
SPORTY mode and press the MODE key to confirm.
2. Press the UP or DOWN key to set TIME.
3. Press the START/STOP key to start exercising. Press the UP or DOWN key
to set the resistance.
4. Press the START/STOP key to pause the workout. Press the RESET key to
return to the main menu.
Cardio mode
1. Press the UP or DOWN key to select your exercise programme, select
CARDIO mode (H.R.C.) and press the MODE key to confirm.
2. Press the UP or DOWN key to select 55%, 75%, 90% or TAG (TARGET
H.R.). The default setting is: 100.
3. Press the UP or DOWN key to set TIME.
4. Press the START/STOP key to start or stop the training. Press the RESET
key to return to the main menu.
