When the appliance is connected to the power supply,
never leave it unattended.
Always place the appliance with the stand, if any, on a
heat-resistant, stable flat surface.
To avoid overheating or fire, do not cover the appliance
when it is switched on.
Do not use hair sprays, water vaporizers or any other va-
porizers during use of the appliance.
Always turn the appliance off and hang it onto a hook, if
any, after use or when making a pause; do not place it on
the edges of basins or bathtubs. Should the appliance drop
into water, unplug it immediately. Do not reach into the
water to retrieve the appliance.
This appliance is intended for curling dry hair. Do not use it for curling synthetic or wet hair
and do not use it on pets.
The appliance is only intended for household indoor use.
Do not use the appliance for other purposes. Any other use might lead to damage of the
appliance, property or personal injury.
The manufacturer will accept no liability for damage or injuries resulting from improper use
or non-compliance with this manual.
WARNING! Packaging materials are not a toy! Do not allow children to play with packa-
ging materials, as they pose a choking hazard if swallowed!
— Check the delivery contents for any missing items or any possible transport damage. If
the appliance is damaged or some parts are missing, do not use it and bring it back to
your dealer.
— Remove all packaging materials and keep them for future use.
— Fully uncoil the power cord.
— Clean the appliance with a soft damp cloth and, if necessary, a little mild detergent. Wipe
with a dry soft cloth.
