Press the until it clicks into place.
Use the same procedure to install the
color ink tank in the front slot.
Close the Print Head Cover.
Wait until the preparatory operation is complete: it
takes about 2 minutes.
Open the Paper Support and the Paper
Output Slot Cover as shown.
Ensure that the Paper Thickness Lever
to the right position.
Set the Paper Thickness Lever to the right when
using plain paper, to the left when using thick paper.
Refer to the User's Guide for information on loading
envelopes and other media.
To avoid paper jams, fan the stack to
remove static cling, then align the edges
of the stack by tapping it on a flat
surface.
Load the paper, aligning it with the right
side of the Auto Sheet Feeder.
You can load up to 30 sheets of plain paper. Do not
exceed this limit.
Slide the Paper Guide against the left
side of the stack of paper.
