Achten Sie darauf, dass der glo™ Tabak Heater vor Reinigungsbeginn mindestens
fünf Minuten lang Zeit zum Abkühlen hatte. Öffnen Sie die Reinigungsklappe an der
Unterseite des glo™ Tabak Heater. Verwenden Sie ein Tuch, um die Feuchtigkeit zu
entfernen, die sich am Geräteboden und an der
Reinigungsklappe angesammelt hat.

Für eine optimale Leistung des glo™
Tabak Heater muss Feuchtigkeit am
Geräteboden und an der Reinigungsklappe
nach fünf Anwendungen entfernt werden.
Öffnen Sie den Schiebeverschluss an der
Oberseite und die Reinigungsklappe an der Unterseite des glo™ Tabak Heater, um die
Innenseite der Erhitzungskammer zu reinigen.
Reinigen Sie die Erhitzungskammer
mit der im Produktumfang
enthaltenen Bürste. Reinigen Sie
die Kammer für ein optimales
Reinigungsergebnis von beiden
Seiten. Für eine optimale Leistung
des glo™ Tabak Heater muss die
Erhitzungskammer nach zwanzig
Anwendungen gereinigt werden.
Die Reinigungsbürste reinigen
Spülen Sie die Bürste einfach unter fließendem Wasser
ab. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Bürste trocken ist, bevor
Sie sie wieder für den glo™ Tabak Heater verwenden.

Warranty
01. Warranty
This warranty is voluntarily provided by
British American Tobacco (Germany)
GmbH (hereinafter 'the guarantor') for the
glo™ heater, in addition to the purchaser's
statutory warranty claims with respect
to the seller. The purchaser's statutory
warranty claims towards the seller are not
restricted by this warranty.
02. Scope of the warranty
A warranty claim exists if a defect occurs
in the glo™ heater within the warranty
period and this defect is reported to the
guarantor within the warranty period.
Any accessories or components of the
glo™ starter set purchased in addition to
this (e.g. USB cable) are not covered by
this warranty.
The guarantor undertakes to replace or
repair the glo™ heater, if the warranty
conditions have been fulfilled, at the
discretion of the guarantor.
This warranty also applies, if the purchaser
passes the product on to another person.
Only devices purchased in Germany are
covered by the warranty. The warranty is
subject to the law of the Federal Republic
of Germany.
03. Warranty period
The warranty period is one year from
the date of purchase. If the warranty is
claimed, this period will not be extended.
04. Exceptions to the warranty
The following defects are excluded from
the voluntary warranty:
• Damages arising from normal use
• Insignificant damages (e.g.
scratches, small dents)
• Damages caused by improper
use, electronic overload, incorrect
manipulation, contact with liquid
or fire
• Malfunctions caused by the use
of or connection with incompatible
products
• Damages or malfunctions caused
by unauthorised attempts to open,
modify or repair the product,
component parts or other delivered
components by the purchaser or
non-authorised third parties
• Damages or malfunctions caused
by non-compliance with the
operating instructions
05. Reporting defects
Claims can only be made under the
warranty, if defects are reported correctly
and in due time. The defect must be
reported to the guarantor immediately by
telephone, in writing or by email. To raise

detailed information.
When reporting the defect, the purchaser
must describe the defect or problem.
To make a claim under the warranty, the
guarantor must be provided with a proof
of purchase that indicates the date of
purchase of the product.
Products returned to the guarantor to
invoke the warranty become the property
of the guarantor. By sending the product,
the purchaser agrees to the transfer of
ownership to the guarantor.
