• Die Montagelage ist beliebig; Voraussetzungen: Magnetschalter
und Betätiger können über die Frontfläche aneinander vorbeige-
führt werden.
• Um eine Beeinflussung oder Reduzierung der Grenzabstände zu
vermeiden, bitte folgende Hinweise beachten:
• Sicherheits-Sensor und Magnet möglichst nicht auf ferro-
magnetischem Material anbringen. Falls doch, sind
Reduzierungen der Grenzabstände zu erwarten
• Sicherheits-Sensor und Magnet nicht in starken
Magnetfeldern anbringen.
• Eisenspäne fernhalten.
• Magnetschalter und Betätiger keinen starken Vibrationen und
Stößen aussetzen
• Magnetschalter und Betätiger an Schutzeinrichtungen unlösbar
befestigen
(Sicherheitsschrauben, z.B. Torx mit Stift, Vernieten etc.)
• Sensor nur auf ebenen Flächen befestigen, da es sonst zu
Verspannungen kommen kann, die ggf. den Sensor zerstören
oder die Grenzabstände verändern.
• Geräte nicht als Anschlag benutzen
• Montageabstand zwischen zwei Systemen min. 50 mm
• Die Magnetschalter sind entsprechend den angegebenen
Aderfarben anzuschließen
Hinweise
Zur Betätigung des Magnetschalters können nur die gelisteten
Betätiger eingesetzt werden. Nur mit diesen Betätigern ist einwand-
freie Funktion und Wiederholgenauigkeit sichergestellt.
Der Magnetschalter besitzt zwei Öffnerpfade und kann in
Sicherheitsanwendungen mit den hierfür geeigneten AES / SRB
Sicherheitsauswertungen eingesetzt werden.

• Any mounting position provided that the front sides of the actuator
and the actuator can be approached to one another.
• To avoid any interference inherent to this kind of system and any
reduction of the switching distances, please observe the follow
remarks:
• If possible, do not mount the sensor and the magnet on
ferromagnetic material. Otherwise, the following variations
of the switching distances may be expected
• Do not install the sensor and the magnet in strong
magnetic fields.
• The presence of ferromagnetic chips may reduce sensitivity.
• Do not subject the components to extreme vibrations and/or
shocks.
• Inseparably fix the sensor and the magnet to the guard (using
tamperproof screws, e.g. Torx with pin, riveting, etc.)
• Exclusively mount the sensor on flat surfaces to avoid tensile
stresses that could damage the sensor or lead to varying swit-
ching distances.
• Do not use the sensor and the magnet as mechanical backstop
• Mounting distance between two sensors should always be
at least 50 mm
• Wire the safety sensors according to the specified wire colours
Notes
Only the listed actuators are suitable for actuating the magnetic
reed switch. Only when these actuators are used, a trouble-free fun-
ctioning and the repeat accuracy are guaranteed.
The magnetic reed switch has two NC contacts and can be used
in safety applications in combination with the safety-monitoring
modules of the AES / SRB series, which have been developed
to this end.

• La posizione per il montaggio è arbitraria, a condizione che le
superfici frontali del magnete e dell'azionatore possano scorrere
parallelamente.
• Per evitare interferenze nel sistema e l'eventuale riduzione delle
distanze limite, è consigliabile attenersi alle seguenti indicazioni:
• Se possibile, non montare il sensore e l'azionatore su materiale
ferromagnetico
• Non montare il sensore in zone con forte magnetismo
• Non avvicinare elementi ferromagnetici che potrebbero
alterarne la sensibilità
• Non sottoporre il sensore a vibrazioni ed urti
• Fissare il sensore e l'attuatore sulle porte, in modo che non sia
più manomettibile
• Montare il sensore di sicurezza e l'azionatore su una superficie
piana, per evitare sovraccarichi di tensione che potrebbero dan-
neggiare il sensore, o variare le distanze limite.
• Il sensore non deve essere utilizzato come mezzo per
l'arresto meccanico.
• La distanza di fissaggio tra due sensori deve essere di
almeno 50 mm.
• Collegare il magnete attenendosi ai colori indicati sui
fili conduttori.
Osservazioni
Per azionare il finecorsa magnetico, si devono utilizzare esclusiva-
mente gli azionatori indicati poiché, solo con questi si hanno un
funzionamento ed una precisione di ripetizione sicuri. Il finecorsa
dispone di due contatti NC e può essere impiegato in circuiti di
sicurezza, in combinazione con i moduli di sicurezza AES / SRB.
