2.Select the unit of measurement by pressing the UNIT button.
3.Place the container in which you are going to weigh products on the scale platform. The display will show
the weight of the container (if you are not using a container proceed to step 5).
4.Tare scale by pressing the ZERO button. Now you will notice that, when container is removed, the scale
will show a negative value.
WEIGHING AN ITEM
5. Place the items you wish to weigh on the scale and enter the relevant food code. To clear the food code
press the CLR button.
The scale will display the nutritional content of the weighed items.

USING THE MEMORY FUNCTION
The scale has the ability to sum the nutritional contents of di erent foods. That way you can understand
how much nutrition is in a meal with multiple ingredients.You may also wish to record a whole day or
week's worth of meals ! It will even remember the values after the scale is turned o .
7.Restart the numbering at 1, weigh your item as outlined in the steps above and, while food is still on the
weighing platform, press the M+ button.
8.Remove food from the weighing platform and press the CLR button to clear the food code. You may also
with to tare the scales by pressing the ZERO button.
9.Place the next item on the scale and enter the appropriate food code. Press the M+ button to add this
nutritioanl data to the memory.
