4.3 Parameterization

4.3.1 Setting the iParameters

 In order to set the iParameters, first go to the Device view of the work area
and in the Device overview tab displayed on the right-hand side select the
entry Position + Velocity (XP)with the left mouse button.
 The properties of the subslot are displayed in the Device view in the inspector
window after selecting Properties -> General.
To set the iParameters, the Module parameters directory must be selected in
the directory tree of the General tab.
If different parameter values are required, as shown above, a F_iPar_CRC
calculation must occur for this new parameter data set. See chap.: 3 "Parameter
definition / CRC calculation" on page 81. The calculated value must then be entered in
the parameter data set of the F-parameters under F_iPar_CRC. See chap.: 4.3.2
"Setting the F-Parameters" on page 103.
