INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Check that the power supply is suitable for the equipment you are using.
2. When using the fryer, the tank must be half filled with oil.
3. Switch on switch K1, this way the red indicator light will light up. Turn the temperature knob clockwise
and set the desired temperature. The yellow indicator light will now light up and the red one will go out.
This means that the electrical hose stops heating and the oil temperature starts to rise.
4. When the temperature rises to the desired degree, the temperature control automatically blocks the
flow of electricity and at the same time the yellow indicator light goes off, the red indicator light comes on
and the electric heating tube stops the heating.
5. When the temperature drops a little, the controller restores the flow of electricity, the yellow indicator
turns on, the red indicator turns off, the electric heating tube runs again, and the temperature increases.
6. The fryer works this way repeatedly to ensure that the temperature remains constant.
7. The lid is designed to maintain a constant temperature inside the pan and to prevent foreign bodies from
contaminating the food during cooking. When using the lid, the user must ensure that there is no water on
the lid, otherwise the water will splash hot oil when it falls into the bowl.
8. The closed special basket is used to fry small pieces of food. There is a hanger and a handle on the
basket. Put the basket in the oil during cooking. When finished, hang the basket to filter the excess oil.
9. After finishing cooking, please turn the temperature knob counterclockwise and switch off the machine
for safety reasons.
10. The oil should only be disposed of after it has cooled down completely to avoid burns or accidents.
