protect your feet while exercising.

This product is suitable for a maximum user weight of 120 kg.

This appliance must not be used by children under the age o 8. The appliance can be
used by children aged 8 or above, as long as they are given continuous supervision.

This product can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensitive, or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, as long as they have been giving
supervision or instruction concerning the operation of the appliance in a safe way,
and understand the risks involved.

ASSEMBLY

Step 1: Stabilisers
Intall the front stabilising bar under the main frame and align their holes; place one
washer Ф10, one spring washer Ф10, and one dome nut Ф10 on every screw of the
stabilising bar. Fasten the nuts until completely fixed with the help of the Spanner 1.
Proceed the same way to assemble the rear stabilising bar.
