PROGRAMMING YOUR REMOTE CONTROL
Automatic code entry
1. Activate the type of device you want to control. (For example,
TV, decoder).
2. Get the list of codes included with the remote control and find
the section dedicated to the devices you want to control. Locate
your device's brand and search all codes related to your brand.
3. Press and hold the SETUP button on the remote control until
the red LED turns on. Release the SETUP button. The red LED
will remain on.
4. Press and release the button on the remote control
corresponding to the device you want to control (for example,
TV, decoder).
5. Use the number buttons on the remote control to enter the first
code you previously selected in the code list. The red LED will
turn off after entering the fourth digit.
6. Aim the remote control at the device and test the buttons on
the remote control to check if the device responds as expected.
If the buttons don't work on your device, go back to step 2 and
use the next searched code for that device.
7. Repeat steps 1 - 5 for each device that you want to control.
Notes:
1. When entering the code, the red LED will flash once each time
a number is entered (if the code has been entered correctly)
and the red LED will turn off immediately without flashing after
entering the final number.
2. If no operation is performed, the remote will exit setup mode
automatically in 35 seconds.
3. All the device buttons on the remote control can be programmed
to control any device. For example, you can use the auxiliary
device button on the remote control to control a receiver, video
recorder, CD player, or any other device in the code list.
4. If the code entered is invalid, the red LED will flash twice and
exit the setting mode, leaving the code unchanged.
