5.2. Safe and correct handling

this work. Children must not play with the
unit.
Supply air backflow in the flat
The air flow in the flat must be arranged in
such a way that, as far as possible, no air from
the kitchen, bathroom and lavatory can flow
over into other rooms where the Aero_aH
100 is installed.
A room to be vented must be equipped with
an unclosable, open supply air cross-section
of at least 150 cm², e.g. with the door
ventilation grille MLK.

6. Mounting preparation

6.1. Wall

Observe the minimum distances
to the wall and ceiling, as shown
in the illustration below.

Ensure a level surface around the housing.
2.
Make a wall breakthrough or drill a core hole:
Minimum diameter 105 mm
3.
Lay the mains cable (flush-mounted) up to
the installation location, see the distances
above. When doing so, lead the mains cable
out of the wall by at least 110 mm.
Recommendation: Install wall sleeve
WH 100. Make a wall opening with a
minimum diameter of 115 mm.
For rectangular wall openings, use
mounting plate ZM 11.

6.2. Ceiling

ATTENTION:
Danger of short-circuits damage to
the unit due to condensation in the
fan housing.
Properly insulate ventilation lines thermally.
Plan condensate drainage or a condensate
collector in the rising pipe.
Carry out installation preparations as described in
Chapter 6.1.

6.3. Duct

Deburr inside edged of the pipe.

Carry out installation preparations as
described in Chapter 6.1.
