* Simultaneous flashing:
Simultaneous flashing of LED 1 or
LED 2 indicates an operating mode
or function. If both LEDs blink
simultaneously, an error has
occurred (see chapter 10.
Troubleshooting).
Successful dehumidification –
Button 1 / LED 2 flashing:
The Aero_aH 100 indicates
dehumidification success by lighting
LED 2 when the room humidity is
reduced by at least 0.2 g/m3,
compared to a reference value. A
reference value of 9 g/m3 is factory-
set. A new reference value can be
set at any time by pressing button 1
during operation. Storage of the new
reference value is confirmed by a
brief flashing of LED 2.
Manual ventilation – Button 2:
The Aero_aH 100 switches the fan
on and off in a fully automatic and
need-based manner. When switched
off, the fan can be switched on
manually by using button 2, allowing
manual ventilation. This manual
operation is terminated by pressing
button 2 repeatedly or automatically
after about 20 minutes.
Optionally, manual operation can be
carried out with an external button,
see wiring diagram in chapter 13.
It is not possible to switch off the fan
manually with the button during
automatic mode.
Manual ventilation is also possible
during frost and dry protection.
Manual ventilation – external
button/switch:
Manual operation can optionally be
done with an external button or
switch instead of button 2, see
wiring diagram in chapter 13.
In this case, automatic button-switch
recognition takes place for the
duration of initial actuation after
power supply. The switch is
recognised if the switching contact is
kept for more than 10 seconds.
Manual ventilation with an external
button is equivalent to using
button 2.
If an external switch is connected,
manual ventilation is switched on or
off according to the switch position.
This means that the manual mode is
not switched off automatically.
Frost protection:
To prevent the room from cooling
down, the Aero_aH 100 is equipped
with a frost protection function.
With this function, the fan switches
off automatically when the room
temperature drops below 5 °C.
Protection against insufficient
humidity:
For reasons of health protection and
energy efficiency, the Aero_aH 100
offers a dry protection function. This
function ensures that the fan is
switched off when the relative
humidity is less than 30%.
